"Moved into our house one year ago. Roof was inspected with pictures and reported good with 2yr warranty. We are now moving and roof was inspected and there is hail damage. State farm will not cover roof so We have to pay $15,000+.... Thy haven't even looked at our roof.They claim there was no hail on our side of town by Casper mountain in the last year!!! Evidently there was hail!!!! Haven't had any claims with them either. So definitely don't recommend State Farm Insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a ripoff!!!!!!"

"Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how stressful home repairs and insurance claims can be—especially during a move. To clarify, our office did speak with you about your roof concerns and initiated the claim process at your request. During that call, we asked about when the hail damage occurred, and you mentioned it may have happened sometime in the past year. Unfortunately, based on local weather data and State Farm’s investigation, no hail events were recorded in your area near Casper Mountain during that timeframe. Additionally, because your State Farm policy only began in April 2024, any damage that occurred prior to that date would not be covered under your current policy—as with any insurer, coverage starts from the policy effective date. We understand this is disappointing news, but please know that our office followed all procedures and did our best to assist you throughout the process. If there’s anything further, we can do to help or clarify, we’d be more than happy to discuss it. Your experience matters to us, and we’re here to support you however we can. - Jon"

"We stopped by Jon's office to talk to him about a claim regaurdung a windshield. We were immediately taken into his office where he submitted a claim to the glass company & by the next day the claim was all taken care of by State Farm. Thanks Jon for working for your clients."

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent interaction I had. Unfortunately, I did not receive an apology nor my requested quote with only one follow-up. What was particularly concerning was the dismissive attitude I encountered during our conversation, which included raised voices. It seemed that the primary focus was on maintaining a positive Google review, rather than addressing my concerns. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer."
